Terms & Conditions

  1. Gallery will be given to exhibitor at 8:00am on the day of exhibition.
  2. Full payment at the time of booking 
  3. Exhibition Timings: 10:30am to 8:30pm

Charges: Please contact us for appropriate rates.

Refund for cancellation from the date informed:

  • More than 90 days – Full Refund
  • 60-90 days – 75% Refund
  • 30-60 days – 50% Refund
  • Less than 30 days – No Refund

GST Of 18% as per government rules will be charged on the total number of days Confirmed

  • Cheques to be made in favor of “Optimum Offshore Services Pvt. Ltd.”
  • Exclusive mailing list available, 30 days prior to date of exhibition by email or in print.
  • Props: Stands for hanging, Shelves, Hangers, etc. will be provided. No mannequins will be available.
  • Approximately 400 sq ft (Please refer to floor plan in Gallery).
  • Banner to be put at designated sites: Size (9ft x 4ft); Size (5ft x 4.5ft).
  • Pamphlet distributor available. Charges currently are Rs. 300/- per 1,000 pamphlets.
